Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are products that are not currently in stock and are produced or fulfilled at a later date. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the estimated production and delivery timeline.

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded at any stage, including before or after fulfillment.

Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order and handcrafted items are produced specifically for each order. For this reason, all made-to-order purchases are final sale.

Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
